Biography
of Oriental Studies, Turkologist
Mkhitar Nazaryan studied at Yerevan State University, Department of Turkish Studies, in the Faculty of Oriental Studies. He has been teaching at Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University since 2017.
He worked in Armenian Public Radio, corresponded with the Printed Press of Diaspora (Iran’s “Araks” weekly newspaper, Riga’s “Havatk” journal, Greece’ “Armenia” daily).
Mkhitar runs a column on regional issues on “Hay Dzayn” website and makes documentaries at “Erkir Media” Television Company.
Since 2010 he has been the founder and editor-in-chief of the Armenian first specialized website on Armenian-Turkish issues (Ermenihaber.am).
