Education:
Studied at Yerevan State University (1991–1996), Faculty of History. Continued with postgraduate studies at the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences.
Professional Experience:
Worked at the Armenian branch of "Mir" Intergovernmental TV and Radio Company. Held senior roles at the Public Relations and Information Center under the Armenian President’s and later the Prime Minister's Office, including advisor to the director and head of the "Orbeli" analytical group. Coordinated the "Orbeli Dialogues" interview and discussion series.
Media & Broadcasting:
Created and hosted programs on Armenian independence and media studies for Public Radio of Armenia. Contributed articles to EVN Report, Mediamax, Media.am and other news agencies.
Teaching:
Taught at Brusov State University (2016–2018) within its Master’s Public Relations program, focusing on media literacy, media law and propaganda studies.
Conferences & Research:
Organized and participated in international expert conferences on demographics, Armenian-Indian, Armenian-Iranian, Armenian-Georgian, and Armenian-Russian relations. Presented at a 2024 international conference on Armenian culture and history.
International Training:
Attended media training courses in Amsterdam and public relations programs in Switzerland as part of NATO's "Partnership for Peace" initiative. Participated in the "Media Dialog" international project on conflict studies in Tbilisi (2019) and in Berlin (2025). Participated in conferences in India (Jaipur) and Hungary (Budapest Dialogue).
Author of more than 500 radio programs and articles, 32 TV programs, 18 documentaries.
