O n December 7, Orbeli Analytical Center hosted Jafar Khashe, Head of the Caucasus Studies Institute, Mohammad Afrasiabgogtapeh, an employee of the same Institute, Mahmoud Shoori, deputy director of the Institute for the Study of Iran and Eurasia and the center’s senior expert Ghodratollah Shafie.

Based on the mutually agreed format of the cooperation, experts of the Orbeli Center and the Iranian partner analytical centers shared views on the current directions of Armenian-Iranian bilateral relations.

At the meeting, the prospects for the development of both bilateral and multilateral relations between the two countries were discussed, such as the formation of Armenia-Iran-India cooperation.

The experts also touched upon the situation in the Middle East, particularly in Gaza and its impact on the South Caucasus.
